In November 2005, Mike Reinschmidt and Terri Langford decided to collaborate their knowledge and experience and open Cabinetry with TLC.  The concept was a simple one, open a cabinet and countertop design center to provide a more enjoyable, comfortable, low-key, educational, experience for our clients who were remodeling or building.  We carefully researched cabinet lines not available in the Roanoke area, to provide our clients, craftsmanship, durability, beauty and affordability.  We discussed at length with trusted suppliers we had met over the years in this industry the desire to always maintain high quality while always looking out for the client’s budget.  We expressed the mutual desire to consistently look at ways to save our client’s money while giving them quality and many times are able to beat the “big box” pricing with a better product.  Now 4 years later we are still providing our client’s with excellent client satisfaction and saving them money.

As our reputation grew so did our staff.  In May of 2006, Ben Burch joined our staff with over 35+ years of extensive remodeling and design experience.  July 2006, brought Joe Langford to us as an “official” staff member, to learn installation skills from Mike and continue the art of installation with diligent attention to detail.  January of 2008, brought Sharon Campbell to us as support staff, her accounting and office skills have helped maintain daily organization.  Our newest member of the team is Bob Brumfield, who brought with him 25+ years in the cabinet and countertop industry mainly dealing with builders.  Cabinetry with TLC staff members have experience and knowledge spanning over a 100 years combined, with certification in cabinet and countertop product knowledge, design, wood craftsmanship and decorating.  Our combined skills and on the job experiences have allowed us to bring together quality products, unsurpassed customer care, and affordable pricing to insure quality design work and installation for every project in your home or office by dependable and dedicated members of the Cabinetry with TLC team.
